Pistachios

Pistachios are divided into two categories: hazelnuts and almonds. Koleghoochi and Ouhadi are in the hazelnut group.

Hazelnut pistachio: The shape of the pistachio is spherical and the surface color of the pistachio kernel is purple and the skin color of the pistachio is cream.
